selecting too many forums in the admin panel causes an attempt to download index.php

Seen in group forum permissions but probably applies elsewhere.  This is believed to be a phpbb3 and will be left to be fixed by a phpbb3 maintenance release.

workaround - select fewer forums.

changing a style to use a different theme does not take effect

Happens erratically.

Edit the theme and save, and that should make things take effect.
