The link you have given is the "preview" link which is not meant for live pages. That may well explain the problems. You need to give the html page link. As for paypal, it is so long since we set up, I can't recall the rules. you have a double forward slash in that try ?

myfs_supernatural2/images/lbp3.jpg

best thing to do is to go to your editting screen ,, find the image, and right click goto properties and that will give you the full path.
