just wanted to let all you fu***** know that there was NEVER any legal battle, i did "win" and that dead ninja records was totally in the wrong.

i never gave up my domain, and yes i do own undeadninja.com now. the guy that had it gave it up and i nabbed it. it was the one i wanted to begin with.

i will be making a new site on deadninja.com soon, because its MINE.

again, i am amazed at how easy you guys folded.

maybe i'll start reporting all the sites that have (c) violations, will you close them all down as a well if i make a fake letter from a lawyer like the dead ninja record guys sent you?

i do thank you for giving me  a laugh or two though.

There is no need for swearing, this site is open to the younger generation as well as the older ones, fact is admin did receive a legal notice, which forced his hand, had there been no legal notice to him, I'm certain your forum would never have been suspended.

I'm a tad amazed tho, that you say there was never a legal battle, yet you say you won? did you ever think the guy just didn't feel like wasting his time on something so bleeding trivial, I mean a domain name? this planets population needs to think and grow up, if it's taken think of a new one

As I recall your bad attitude forced things as much as anything. If we can have no confidence you had right on your side because you were aggressive and economoical with the truth, we cannot possibly put ourselves on the line.

Even now the full truth is not told,  as i recall we saw you removed your stie from the domain, implying that you were in the wrong and had caved in to whatever threats there were.
