Movie Clips

I just want to make sure that its not against the rules as i have been working on a forum but have not yet startedadvertising it, anyway my question is if you have trailors of movies old and new which re embeded into a post is that breaking the T&C or is this allowed. The place i have been getting the clips from is http://www.worldofmovies.co.uk/ as you can see by clicking on a movie it gives you he HTML code to embed it into a website/forum etc.

It will only be against the T&C if the clips breach copyright and are from a site without its own reporting system. Trailers should be ok .
