Just out of curiosity, has this been added just as an extra for us or as a revenue source for MYFF? It is I would hope beneficial to all, I am sorry it cannot be removed as it is not in a template. As you may realize advertising on forums is pretty marginal, people are not on forums to look at adverts and quickly develop advert blindness. I actually enjoy looking at adverts on forums, i've found quite a few useful sites that way, thats one of the main reasons i would never go advert free.

yup, my site is hosted by a company that appeared on the adverts, I did take time to consider and check them out, so far sound as a round pound

Not a problem, advertising levels are a sensitive issue.
