You might ask what the point is? Two reasons, firstly this doubles the "namespace"

e.g. one member could have:

http://starwars.myfreeforum.org/

another could have:

http://starwars.myfastforum.org/


But that is for the long term. For the short term this is a test bed for resolving what will become a major headache on the system. At the moment we have to manually update nameservers when we transfer forums to different servers. Code will soon be written to fix this, but could have pretty fatal consequences if tested on the live system.
