Babbling Books online book group. Members nominate books each month and choose the two they want to read and discuss that month via two polls. We run monthly competitions giving away fantastic book prizes; post links to book related comps, many of which our members have won; run a 2007 Reading Challenge; hold live chat meetings; review books for leading publishers (members receive a free book to keep); run fun word games and literature quizzes as well as a quiz tournament.

We've worked very hard to create a forum where members can take part in challenges and competitions, so they feel they get something out of the forum, as well as being able to post about books in general. We are always thinking of ways to make the site interesting for its members. We've written to many leading publishers who give us books to review and give away in our monthly draws and avatar competitions. We're looking into holding author interviews on Babbling Books in the future.

Babbling Books is 1 on 22nd July and currently has 152 members.

I like it, not only a good niche forum, but one that has had a light hand applied style wise, leaving it lean and clean.
