Been Reading but still cant get it

I can not add ranks to my fourm not sure what im doing if anybody can tell me how to do it.

Just been reading how to do it.

I already have the rank images, I have gone in to admin and set up the ranks then when it came to images added

myff_hanoverchat1/ranks/rank_mod.gif

All i get is a red cross

BUt you would have uploaded your own rank images to the "images" directory in your template.
