Ok, i have my link, you dont have to have the marquee, but it makes it look better :P ok, go into ur forum admin panel and click on 'configuration' under 'GENERAL' and scroll down to the HTML bit tick 'Allow HTML', and were the box is that says 'Allowed HTML tags Separate tags with commas' add 'marquee,bg,a,font,' (NO QUOTES!) and click 'SUBMIT' and if you notice you will be able to add marquees with font color linked and bgcolors! after you have done that add this to were ever you want it
