yes, you can have just the one in a smaller size image and build them up.
also, don't bother with a request I'll make them and post a link to the download when I'm done, also do you want a title above or on the images for your admin and moderators also do you want a rank_06 that has five faces that flash?
I'll also try and make the black border more pronounced and make the edges transparent as you have different colors to your posts _________________ CALM TIME: When calm time is called, all posters in a topic must take time out to calm down.

Hi, can you tell me how you make these? is there a tutorial for creating your own.. i mean.. how do you get them spaced perfectly like that and how do you fade some of the images out. yes i have searched nine dozen different ways and cannot get a simple answer to my question. please let me know thanks.
PS. I have paint shop pro and adobe and ms paint. i dont know how to use the first two very well at all. in fact . i have not even installed the adobe photoshop cs2 with plugins yet. i have used paint shop pro a few times. i also have banner maker pro which im just learning to use. im worthless, i know _________________ My forum A Happy Median of Work and Play

I use macromedia fireworks for 99% of my image work. You'll have to find an image you want, keep it's size as it is when you save it to your hard drive, in paint shop pro you can use the polygon lasso selection tool with a 1 setting on feather, then select the edges of image by picking set points when you select it, it may take longer than you want but gets a better edge that way it keeps the round parts round and straight edges straight.
This image shows what I mean when I say selection points:
Once you've got the image selected cut and paste it into it's own window, then you can resize it, the width used on the Stewie ones are 190 wide and 42 high, so each image should be no wider than 32 with a height no more than 28, but that is a general guideline to help you.
Spacing them is fairly easy all you do is put all 5 of the images edges next to each other and sellect the right 4 images leaving the first image and move the selected images to the right about 5/10 pixels(right arrow 5 times), which ever looks better.
Fading again is a pretty easy one too, just set the image(s) transparencey to 50% and they should be like what you see. _________________ CALM TIME: When calm time is called, all posters in a topic must take time out to calm down.
