If it was being used to distrobute illigal links ect - Simple answer - No, you cannot get it back. It is clearly stated in the t&c's you cannot use your forum for such activities. Please familiarise yourself with them before opening a new forum _________________

We have thousands of legal forums on the system to protect. They would not thank us if we got shutdown my Microsoft because someone is running adverts to download Microsoft Office amongst other things. This is not only unethical but illegal, you cannot simply say you will remove it to make the problem go away and we will not be complicit in any further illegal acts you might happen to decide to engage in. So in a word NO you cannot get your forum back and you cannot open a new one. Good to see you on the ball admin, a lot of people put a lot of work into their forums. Admin, along with volunteer staff also put a lot of work into maintaining them, only for lowlife types to try use them as a means of getting stuff for free which in turn leads to price hikes on the said product, which costs people like me an awful lot of extra money that I shouldn't have to pay _________________ CG Arts for free Banners, headers, logo's, signatures and avatars.

it's not bad, when it clearly goes against the terms and conditions, links to illegal downloads are NOT allowed, that simple. Bravo isn't happy about it, just showing how he fells regarding that forum, you have to remember there are less popular forums that have more effort and work put into them that are being overshadowed by forums like this one, the links to illegal downloads are the main reason it got so many members and posts.

I'm now locking this as it's getting us no further and admin has clearly made up his mind on the course of action.

I'm always sad when one has to go, but pleased to have caught and stopped criminality. The admin here has gone to great trouble to advertise blatantly illegal things in the forum template.
