How MFF forums submit site maps to Google?

Don't be fooled that google get it all right though, I have been trying to help today with a site whose ranking in google is now lower than a "porno frame spam" of their main page Not been much help partially I think as the nasty little stomach bug I have had since last night has laid me low. _________________ Family Friendly Shareware \| \| Web Design/Services \| Free Forums forum.myfreeforum.org

As this is posted in my information area which clearly states

This area is for information which may be of some use to you, for example what are cookies and how do they work. It,s more Internet related topics rather than just forum related

I'll hold a bot hostage. They wont add my linkexchange forum for some reason. Try in google linkexchange.myfastforum and youll see i have links but no direct links. Time to catch a bot Wink
