How long do they get to make it a real forum and is there a minimum amount of members or something?

Sorry I can be more clear, but it is all to do with people trying very deliberately to abuse the system. Tell them the rules and they will be armed with knowledge that will help them. Well i hope i speak for most admins but we try to improve our sites not only there search engine rating/ranking and amount of members but also the way our staff, members and guests feel about them. I mean i don't wake up every morning thinking great i might have a new member i think ok what can i do today to improve it for the members and guests that come on.
