The exact issues over sizing are out of our hands as this is an external service, we have chosen is as it is the first one we have seen where people can pretty much click and upload. Sooner or later we may implement something like this directly and hence be able to authoritably give you the answers.

No problem...640 x 480 works great, so I'll use that as a guideline...most point and shoot digicams have that as the default anyway...my big bad DSLR does 3072 x 2048..way too big for web posting without a resize.
If anyone from my group doesn't know..I'll have them send me the image. I absolutely hate images too big for the screen and would rather do the legwork to resize myself rather than see a portion of the image with scroll bars.
