It seems half the support issues are people using the wrong address for forums. This has now been blocked on one server, and will start being blocked on all servers assumming nothing to drastic happens as a result. It's funny actually, we have spent weeks telling people about the evils of "www" as it may not work, and guess what! On some more investigation of what happens on different servers I find that "www" does not get you to the forum at all. Or for that matter give you a warning message. In one sense this is no big deal, as we have never ever told anyone that "www" is there. However given people do use it, it would be better if "something" always happened. Forwarding is another thing we do not support as such.
