Someone is bating me on my website claiming that I, as admin, are responsible for all posts that appear on the site. He also claims that I should have to supply my details on request i.e. name, proper email address etc. I am pretty sure that this is all nonsense but can you confirm that he is not correct and can you point me to any evidence of such. I'd really appreciate help on this one just to put the issue to bed once and for all. Thanks

You as main owner do bear legal responsibility. Therefore in the event of legal involvement you are culpable. If you refuse to disclose details at this time, you are failing to cooperate with the law and may be in further trouble.
