HELP! "In breach of Terms & Conditions"

I took over a site for the woman who created it because she could no longer run it. Weeklycouponswap. Even though she is no longer an admin on the site and MY email address is associated with the site, apparently notifications that we were in breach of terms & conditions were sent to her and I can not get a hold of her to forward the emails to me to see if there is a certain date that our site will be deleted or not if we don't fix the problem. I had made the forum 100% private, since I took over for her, I didn't realize we weren't allowed to have a 100% private forum. I have since made several of the forums viewable by guests, I'm just nervous that they are going to shut my site down. I have been all over the phpBB site, trying to figure out who I could contact about this, but I can't find a customer service page, email, help link, anything! Who do I contact so my site doesn't get shut down?

Oh quick question - how do I have future notifications sent to my email address? I removed the previous owners email address from the site and replaced it with mine. Is that not enough?

hiya i have also had this notice recently appear on my forum, i have since changed everything to comply with the forum terms and conditions. however i never received email notification of the problem and so cannot reply.

the forum is first time mums.
