That is the correct layout for that template.

If you want to remove the spaces then you will have to alter the .css file and change the widths

I have to change the width template.css in the file but its not work and I have not find a template which the correct size and all templates have the same problem

prosilver for example and most forum type templates do stretch.

You are not obliged to use web type templates on web pages. Just set the template type to forum in configure web pages and your web pages will follow your forums look and feel.
