One of your T&C's state that:
No You Can't:
Create a forum with no intention of building a community.
Having seen this thread on SSL http://swapitshoplounge.co.uk/How_it_Works_about70258.html Most of the forums to be created have no intention of being created to build a community, the only intention in building any forum is to 'win tokens'.
Is any such intentions against your T&Cs?
