A forum can't be infested with malware unless you have editied rogue javascript into the template.

I imagine your user is getting a false report because of the chat box you have.

Just gone to your forum and gone through a few open ares and I get no warning shouts, from a few progs I have to aid in protecting me, all I can say is they've picked up from another site or their email.
