Serious Question about the T&Cs

Hello There,

My name is Storm and Im a MST (Master Storyteller) for a WoD RPG that is played Online via Chatrooms. Myself and Others have seen
your forum, and before I decide to make a board here, I thought it would be best to ask a few more questions on the Terms and Conditions
to save everyone time it something wrong was done.

My game for example, Is very adult oriented and features creatures including but not limited to : Vampires, Demons, Shifting Breeds (Werewolfs, Werecats..etc), Mummies...etc. And where some of the creatures are good, most are not.. and some of the posts that could be made would include
but would not be limited to: Use of Alcohol, Drugs, Profanity, Sexual Content (Forced or Consentual), Violence, .. etcs. But WOULD NOT include:
Anything that would have to do with .. Um Coruption of Minors ( for lack of better wording)... Or that sort of twisted things.. I would not allow that
to be posted. Also I would want to add a very detailed and self explainatory list of Rules, and a Disclaimer stating that the board is for a Game Only..
and that the Owners, Members or Forum Host in any way condone the activities going on but its Only a game and not real life in anyway... and I would
also state in the rules the same giving a list of Posting Conducts and such... SO what I want to know is this:

1. If I Post a List of Rules of Conduct and a Disclaimer to the Forum Board for My Game, Would I still be removed for any Terms and Conditions Violations?

2. Is there a way that I can make it so ONLY My Members of My Game can post and not the general public.. Or I have to approve the member first so I dont have to worrry about the general public posting.

3. I think it stated no Board was Private.. does the mean all the boards here are seen by the public.. and if so.. I note back to Question one.. If I post a details Rules of Conduct.. and a Disclaimer to My Board will I be able to run it freely without being removed because it would clearly state the board is for a game and not a real time (real life) forum.. Its all fictional what is being posted?

Sorry if this was a bit long but I didnt want to miss anything in what I need to know. Thank you for your time and response in advance.

We do allow adult content, it is only if a board falls into the porn category that we clamp down in this area. What you suggest sounds like it would be ok.

You do not have to allow public posting, we only ask that most topics are readable by the public.

I am not sure what you mean by point 1?

Well the forum board wouldn turn into a Porn playhouse... that is just tacky LOL, No what I asked was if some of the things could be private and you answered that thank you very much !!!..

Also.. My Friend wanted Me to ask.. because She will be helping Me.. do we have editorial Rights as well.. are the Owners of the Board able to remove posts.. Or would we have to contact you to get posts removed from the board? Oh.. she wants to know is it possible to have homemade images as a Background and such?
