Foolishly I agreed to take over the running of another forum which isn't a MYFF
It didn't take me long to realise that the forum concerned needs to be moved to become a MYFF and get the support and access to styles and template editing it deserves.
Dare I mention that it is a Forum5/iForumer site and all admin/support seems to have done a runner.
Before I give up I was wondering if anyone knows about these people and what if anything is happening. I read in their support forum of people having been waiting since paying in January for a copy of their database so that they can move their forum somewhere else.
What if anything can I do?
I assume I need them to give a password to access any databases but they are not making themselves available and have not responded to the support requests I raised.
Any tips or advice would be appreciated

I think it was that lot that Sgts took ages to extract a forum from, and then it took a little bit of beyond the call of duty effort here to import the mess they gave him.
I don't really know what the hack can be done _________________
