We're predominantly in South Africa. We have ADSL on "SAIX" backbone or our telecoms provider is "Telkom".

Admin, you were quite right. The type of connection is the problem in South Africa. If I connect with a cell phone as the modem... no issues. ADSL is a problem with BB forums. Is there any suggestion that you may have, that I can ask the ADSL provider in order to try rectify the problem. Otherwise, your technical guidance sure has the ball rolling and is appreciated. Thanks.

I really wish I could tell you more, but it is very hard to be expert on problems that I cannot actually see for myself.
