Hi, Im not sure whether or not this is in the right section, but here I go.

Please could coolwater on styleshout.com be installed? (To get to the page on styleshout you will have to go on website templates and scroll down to the bottom.

adding a web template is not like adding a forum template. the template need developing to work on the system. You can use the template editor to do this.

I'm a bit of a newbie, so could someone give me a link or information?

I tried uploading it from a zip but its just blank

Creating a template is not for beginners. Anyone with a good grasp of html should be able to look at the existing templates and see how they are constructed and apply the same to a new template though.

It is not much more involved than:

Setting a path to a CSS file.

Replacing the template menu with a {MYFF.NAVBAR}

Replacing the content area with {MYFF.COMPONENT}

making sure any image links work by changing paths if needed.
