Some bugs in the webpage/portal system on phpbb3 have been resolved.
Notably:
1) cms_index_body.tpl was not available for editing.
2) bbcode handling in web page editing failed fatally ( note this is still not functional).
3) web pages can now use the portal view.
4) the POPULAR portal is no longer broken in a web view.
5) portal views will pick up the correct cms_index_body.tpl.
Also:
viewportal.php?component=...
is now available.
