Looks like the new ACTIONS portal registration event has been breaking registration at times, quite odd as it works in testing.

At any rate the registration event has been disabled until the issue is resolved.

Well Derr...I Know I'm Blonde But I AM aware of that    Wink

I asked because a recent member has had trouble accessing his account, despite having activated his account via his email......so he should have no problems now then right?

they shouldn't have any problems accessing their account if the registration went through, check to see if his account in inactive in the via the user list (to be 100% sure) , then if it's active chances are the account may be inactive in the moderation portal (as I don't believe the two are linked so one being on and the other off may still render the account inactive) , other than that there is no way that should stop an activated account from being logged into.
