Looks like the new ACTIONS portal registration event has been breaking registration at times, quite odd as it works in testing. answered your own question really haven't you registration is the only way to sign up

they shouldn't have any problems accessing their account if the registration went through, check to see if his account in inactive in the via the user list (to be 100% sure) , then if it's active chances are the account may be inactive in the moderation portal (as I don't believe the two are linked so one being on and the other off may still render the account inactive) , other than that there is no way that should stop an activated account from being logged into. _________________ CALM TIME: When calm time is called, all posters in a topic must take time out to calm down.
