my forum is being spammed by www.thehunterslife.myfreeforum

the owner of this forum has been banned from my forum jacksshed,for breaching our posting rules by posting offensive material of a sexual nature.now the same guy has signed up as 'hunter' and is spamming my forum with links just telling folks to check out his site,no proper posts at all.
i believe he is a nigerian scammer the like of which have been targeting hunting forums of late trying to rip off members of their money and personal banking data.
what help can admin here offer?

You can place new members on "moderation" or take other action at the forum level to make spamming harder.

If you can present IP information and other evidence that an admin of another myff forum is clearly responsible, we may take action against that forum. But this is quite hard to prove as IPs are not really strong evidence.
