Not sure what you mean? a forum ban is just that a ban. I think we have banned about one person every 6 months since we started. It is not easy to get banned here, we want to support people. But if your agenda on a support forum is not about support, but about touting your rip off of our sites and forum, then there are inevitable consequences. At One Point On His Hosting Forum, He Had A Bit Saying 'Set up my forum now' copied from mff homepage and it when to the sign up on here lol, rather than his forum hosting service.

I missed that detail when looking at the masses of ripped off content on his site, and he has the nerve to complain when others copy from his forum!
He has tried to skirt copyright by changing odd bits (though forgetting to change some crucial details) but you can't escape the fact that it is a complete rip off of our site. He is actually damn lucky we have not decided to suspend his forum over this totally out of order behaviour!
Meanwhile he makes loads of false claims like having more features than here, and a better support forum. Where incidentally there are just about no posts, and the posts there are go unanswered. One of the few requests on there currently has not been answered in more than 24 hours

What is worse though is that he asked a load of lame questions on here about free forum scripts and it was plain he is technically incapable, actually anyone using such a script is by and large obviously incapable anyway, as the scripts do not scale.
He is also pretending to be a hosting business, when I strongly suspect he is just a reseller, which any fool can sign up for in minutes.

Last but not least he is engaged in fraud:

He removed it when I posted in a thread on the forum :P and removed my post so it didnt look like i told him He Sure Has A Nerve Like When He Reported My Forum For Someone Posting 'Can Someone Send me A Song' In Shoutbox, When He Had A Whole Thread With Like 20 Albums, And Over 200 Songs In There Anyway Its Not Like Hes Any Competition To Your Forum, Infact Wonder How Long His Forum Service Will Last
