They can ban who ever they like.

But they must be given a reasonable amount of time to respond as admin to a post. You cannot set arbitary deadlines.

This is a moronic forum read by a few morons and is actually getting far more exposure via the constant posting in this thread than it would otherwise get in months!

We have dealt with these sorts of issues in one form or another for years, and are thus pretty familar with what sort of weight a bit of throwaway abuse probably written by an anonymous retarded 12 year old has when it comes to libel.

But what the heck you have made a complaint, they can deal with it properly in say 48 hours or be shutdown. We have no interest in letting people deliberatly offend. But equally we don't want to waste time either.

Actually, it is advertised on several VERY busy high ranking parenting sites as they are also being "slagged" off. So the traffic is from there I agree you do not wish to waste time, but as has now ben pointed out by someone else, they have formally posted a refusal. But, okay, I can wait 48 hours

unfortunately you have underestimated this forum, its not moronic 12yo's or will it just go away if we ignor it.
If you take alook at the first pages of the link to its first version of this site, you will see that it is very abusive and nasty and crosses the boundaries of common decency. They have just switched forums seen as the other one came under such unfortunate disruption
If it wasn't emmysmum making the complaint, it wont be long until its me, or one of the many that are being so outragously attacked on this forum, for no reason what so ever.
These people are supposed to be grown women (and men) with children who use parenting sites and then chose to rip in to them behind faceless names.
It is causing a huge disruption on other sites, people are afraid to post incase what they say is then used to attack them on this site.
Its only being going less than a day but the ripples spread much futher than you might expect.
This won't go away, this is a serious matter to us, you might think its drawning attention to it by posting about it here, but we have little choice unless we want to see our lives and families being ripped apart by a bunch of cowards who are too scared to say it to our faces.
