This is a hate forums and also members are selecting user names to impersonate and libel users of other PHBB boards who origiannly had those names.

Ive had a quick look and all i can see is a bunch of no hopers who should get back school making childish comments thinking they are clever, waste of forum space in my opinon

My user name is one that is being used without my permission. I agree theya re childish no hopers, but the forum breaches the rules about not using for hate purposes.

The site creator created after this site was "closed" http://p3.forumforfree.com/behind-the-bike-sheds-vf1-bikeshed.html

I agree with Symon, at this point it may be a potty mouthed moron forum, but it is not a hate site. User names are not something people have "rights" to.

If there are threads that make it a hate forum, then specific links need posting.

In fact, the name of thread outright points out it is a "hate" forum.

I did post a link to their offsite forum that was closed to show the activity they engage in, they have merely moved here. The site was closed because of libel, pornographic links, etc.

There..now that IS libel.My book is NOT plagiariased and as a matter of fact is sue out by a book publisher is paper format this September. if this malicious chat is allowed to continue, my solictor will get involved as it can cost me my livelihood as a writer.

Well leave it long enough and there will be more than enough rope to hang them selves on.
Their antics on the other site has to be seen to be believed.
It won't be long until it starts happening here
I will say tho it will be more trouble than its worth because there are an awful lot of people upset here. Can of worms and all that.
Their site admin has already said any one who complains is going to be banned, so can't even approch them over any matters. This is the only port of call.
The forum is in its early days yet, but give it time!

Think of it this way, we toast them now, they move on elsewhere, we toast them tomorrow or next week, then they lose all their posts.

If you want to speed things up, then:

Post a complaint on there site in public to their admin warning that the comments are libelous and that deletion of the complaint will cause us to suspend the forum, and post a link here, so we can see the post before any deletion.

Then if they do refuse to answer a legitimate complaint, they can be cleanly removed.
