User inactive. Until I decide what to completly do with him. I should've just edited his password but that would've been a little mean.
(Edit) username banned and Ip address banned. He can't get back in. I may want to even use his e-mail.

Who in their right mind would think somebody with a name like 's3xy1337g4m3r' would actually know how to hack into a forum server.
You should just ban anybody who gives any threatening behaviour to any member.
Heres an idea for a new rule on your forum :
'Threat = Ban - Spam = Ban - Bad Language = Ban'
Simple Really!

Actually I'm going uncensored with the langauge. If the bad things (like the langauge) gets outta hand like if they start using racial slurs they are banned.

THat is pretty much it, and if you do happen to posess God like hacking powers and a vandals mentality, then are you going to look like a pratt by making lame threats against one small forum? or are you going to take a big scalp by actually doing a hack?
If we could be hacked by any lamer with a grudge, then we would not have survived a year without it happening.

This site got hacked at the weekend and that site has been going for over four years, had more than a million posts.
The last time I saw it, the post count was down to less than 8,000 and the next time I looked it was gone.
Apparently php or whatever it is, is quite easy to hack to those that know how to do it.
The people that hacked it, have a website that they openly say what they do, they even allow people to enter their teamspeak. When the site I go on was being hacked I listened in, they really are a bunch of morons.
I would show you where their site is, but I don't know if linking to them is a good idea (not sure if they could know who or what links to them). If admin wants me to inform him of their site, PM me and I'll send you it.
Their motto is 'ruining your online experience'.
Yep, there are some truly evil people in the world...

He hacked it and blocked me from getting to it at school. The IP address doesn't show up in the ban list so I don't know how he really did it. But I know my IP address is safe at least.

you really don't know anything, stop spouting crap and talk facts and one might see what happened. No one has EVER hacked one of our forums.
