My forum is : http://cloud.myfreeforum.org/ I have 11 out of the 16 forums readable by guests. Is that now most? Can I have this message removed: "This forum is in breach of myfreeforum.org terms and conditions. No response has yet been received to email notification of this issue. Please check Terms and Conditions and make your forum comply. Almost certainly the issue is that not enough topics on your forum are set as guest readable. Your forum must be mostly readable though not postable by guests". It has sparked mass panic by members thinking we're going to be closed. I did actually have 8 out of 16 available to guests and emailed to ask if that was ok and didn't get a response. I hope the new 11 out of 16 is OK? Thanks

I have had someone called "freedom" come on my forum and say that FILE SHARING is illegal.
Can you advise me please.
I thought it was just copyrighted material.
Where do I stand with peoples personal video footage?
TV capture?
Peoples personal remixes of songs that are not commercially available?

When there is something wrong with my forum do people have to post it on the forum.
All I get is mass panic from the members thinking we're shutting down.

I deleted the one file that I though was illegal sharing.

There was link to Madonna's new song SORRY but rapidshare had already deleted it so I didn't remove the post.
I have removed the post now.

What about Music and Music videos if they have been remixed by somone?
So a version NOT commercailly available?

Should I pm this Freedom person? or is it one of you?

Remixing copyright material does not remove the copyright.
