Hopefully this will be installed by the end of the day.
Options will be:
Ban common spam ips: Default YES
Ban rogue email domains: Default YES
This will also migrate to phpbb2 and is part of a general upgrade to anti-spam measures.

There was a typo in the first post, banning on email domain should be defaulting to No, as this was deemed risky.
Further investigation has changed "risky" to darn right stupid  So I have left the option there, but it does nothing for now.
