I see no proof and even in your last post you illustrate that you are not to be trusted on this. You did not report the fact this user claimed to be his brother, a fact that if true would explain an ip address being the same. So since an IP check quite obviously means nothing to you, what kind of proof are you expecting here, a signed confession from the Admins and an admission of guilt from Adam himself, both with a timestamp of course?

Yes, of course, I forgot all about that claim. Did you know that I myself am Bill Gates' brother? People can claim to be whoever they want over the internet, the fact that his "brother" does not share the same surname as Adam and is promoting Adam's account seems to discredit the reliability of that claim, or am I the only one who can see this?

See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. Ignore this report, Adam wins. Since in your eyes I am less trustworthy than a paedophile, there is no point in even bothering with this anymore.

Heya, Sorry for not responding sooner, I received no noticed of this thread here and I only come on here when there has been a problem. I haven't been on the forum much recently, but EAP knows to ban him if he is found to be on the site, and I've just checked and the member which has been refered to has been banned. On another note, we can't be expected to check every single member who joins the site with an IP check to him, some peoples IP's change, and as for blocking his IP it could prevent others from acessing the forum. However any problems will be dealt with accordinly by the mod/admin team. And daler=p, the reason he may not been banned is because EAP is only person alongside me and eddie which can do this. Once again im sorry for this problem, he hasnt been let back and on any ocassion we find him on there he will be banned. Joey

Thank you. As you might gather from this thread, we take seriously both the issue, and your rights to manage your own forum. I am well aware of the fact that EAP is the only other member of Staff besides the owners with the power to ban. However, the fact remains that you didn't even have to check his IP. He was reported as being Adam and Moderators promised he would be banned, yet it took several days and another couple report threads before anything happened. Before you say anything, EAP was online during this period and according to you he is under strict instruction to ban Adam if he is found to have re-joined, so I was just wondering why a ban took so long? I know it took a good while as I checked back daily to see if anything had been done.

I understand the whole IP issue, being Admin on several forums myself, it was merely a suggestion. He will probably just use a proxy server anyway. Perhaps a ban on his e-mail may be more suitable?

Admin, I never expected a complaint to get the forum itself in trouble, all I was really after was a ban on the individual. If the Admins had allowed him back, yes, I did expect appropriate action to be taken, but it turns out that was not the case, so in this respect I apologise if I was too quick to assume and accuse.

Joey, thanks for taking action, just wish it could of been a little quicker. I do however realise this was not down to you as you were not online and were not aware of what was going on.

This thread may now be locked, I am satisfied that justice has been done.

The forum does not let multiple accounts with the same email sign up anyway, so that is not going to work. He'd just use another email anyway.

That was not the issue on this occasion, it was whether he had signed up again and claimed to be his brother
