With regard to this forum:

The matter was resolved as you forced the forum to ban the member and added that he was never to be allowed back. However, it would now appear he has returned under a different username. Before bringing the matter here, the member has been reported in the appropriate manner while Staff have been active. However, as of yet nothing has been done by the forum's Staff.

He has obviously been on there for a while as he has nearly 100 posts now, they must of realised who he is. Especially since he is using the same Swapitshop username to trade on the site.

You yourself said before locking the last thread;

Don't play semantics. A 17yo trying to get a 13yo to strip on webcam is being a sexual predator, not the worst in the world maybe, and perhaps not a pedophile by some definitions. But it qualifies in my book as someone who should not be on a child orientated forum. That matter has been settled and is NOT open to debate. Any posts that want to quibble that point will be removed, so do not reply. The user was reported to all Staff using their 'Report Central' forum while Staff were active.

The Report thread was locked just after 6am, and as of yet nothing has been done. Either they know who this member really is or they just aren't treating this matter with the urgency they should.

Okay one can be suspicious about that, and the fact stands that should there be admin level collusion to let this character back then the board will go, but there has to be real evidence when deal with real severe consequences.

Well I will have a look now as I understand you will need more evidence to actually take decisive action.

That is all that can be seen, but it is clearly a pathetic lie. I have no idea whether he has a brother or not, but why would his brother only join the forum once Adam has been banned and why is he promoting the offender's account? Also, Adam's surname is Wells, not Bullock.

At least in the US, anybody having sexual relations with a minor, WHETHER OR NOT they are a minor themselves, can be charged with statutory rape. I know a 16 year old that was charged with it for being with a 15 year old.

Really, pedophilia is sexual relations with a minor, it states NOTHING about the age of the perpetrator, just the target/victim. I can see how you could not want to push relations between two minors, but in reality, that's still what it is.

I am a little stuck here.

It is quite obviously Adam as he using the same 'Swapitshop Username' as Adam, ASC. Also, this new account's profile says his real name is 'David Bullock', yet he is claiming to be brothers with Adam Wells, doesn't really add up. Why they haven't banned his IP I will never know. He could use a proxy I guess, but it would at least show they have done all they can to prevent his return.

Anyway, the thread that was made in the 'Report Central' forum, bringing Staff's attention to the fact that this user is Adam was locked at about 6.30am this morning and the Moderator said action would be taken and the user would be banned. Since this time, Admins have been online and been active on the boards, including the owner himself, yet the account remains unbanned. All this shows to me is either that the Staff are lazy and are not treating this matter with the urgency I believe it requires, or they are just making false promises of action to try and keep the members quiet and cover up.

I am not quite sure how I am meant to prove sufficiently that there was collusion at an Admin level to allow Adam back on SSL as they are not exactly going to openly post it on a public forum. The owner can quite easily just come along and act like he didn't know and ban him again and he could return again at a later date, we would be non the wiser. Anyway, the owner is online now (I just checked), so hopefully he should come over here soon to give us his input on this matter.

Still no word for the SSL Admin team? Even after a promise was made to ban the user, he still remains active. Something needs to be done, soon. We already establised this user was a danger, it is obvious he has returned, yet nothing has been done. Seriously, still no reply from anyone? Can I take it then that this whole issue is just being ignored and forgotten about then? I didn't expect the forum to be shut down without any concrete proof that the Admin's knew about and allowed Adam's return, but at the very least I expected Adam to be banned again. I have given you proof that Adam is this user. The Staff even did an IP check and he matched Adam. They said he would be banned and nothing has been done. I even linked you to this thread.

I will agree that I have not given proof that the Admin's knew, as I said before, I don't think its possible for me to do this.
