Ad free for your forum can be purchased in the site shop

Admin has been running an avertise your forum service if you provide a banner of the size described in post one of the thread.  This is a free service

shvilisrael.myfastforum

The link you've provided says that the free advertising service is suspended.
However if I understand correctly, you will provide the free advertisement if I pay for ad free forum. Is that correct?

No.

We don't currently have the facility to slot in free adverts.
If we did then it would be available to all decent forums with no ties or costs.

The only advertising facility we currently have is commercial via our advertising managers.

I have no idea on rates and minimum spends but I doubt they would play unless people were spending in the 100's of pounds.

I'd like to get something more viable sorted, and will try when an opportunity arises.

http://frugaldom.myfreeforum.org

I've just visited the Myff shop at http://forum.myfreeforum.org/viewportal.php?component=shop to see how the ad-free forum option works and noticed an error - prices are out of date for GB£ as VAT/sales tax is now 20%

How are things going with the funding and advertising revenue? I'm trying to ramp up the use of my forum and have recently bought a domain name for it. Personally, I don't mind the advertising banners, as they do seem to be following cookies and showing relevance, am I tight in thinking that individual members are seeing different ads tailored to their own Internet usage and has this helped increase the revenue stream?

Those rates are 20%, you have to subtract the tax and add 20%!

I wouldn't call revenue streams great, if the forums were being run to make me a living we'd be in big trouble really

Ah, I'm with you now - sorry, I read it the wrong way round. If I come up with any magic methods of income generation then I'll share them with you.

Until then,
