i have a rank issue

i was wondering how to say for ex. i want to give myself admin rank, and some else a moderator rank, and some else a beta tester rank, but not have to set a post amount, so how would i do this, also i want them/ or me to have the specific rank image as well. so if some one could help me that would be great.

Please don't post your e-mail
Set the rank as a special rank and have nothing for minimal post count.
And go to user list--> User you rank
Go to bottom and Rank title change it from there.

If you want a user to have multiple, that would require knowledge of xprofile.
