Can't be sure without players, but it seems smooth which is good considering the primary purpose of the server the offsite backup system is pumping away at the same time. The cheapest I have seen is 100 tick, public CS:S, £1.50 per slot. I think Symon's old host was about £2 per slot.

Yes. Then extra if they want a voice server. Some charge for de-branding aswell; say if they wanted their own server 'name', they can pay extra to remove the myfreeforum.org branding for example.
