Shops don't tend to support dual currency and if they did unless you updated it daily for the exchange rate it would be out of sync.

If youo are paying by credit card the banks will take the exchange rate on the day the funds exchange. I dont, I mean I live in the U.S. and don't have much against it, but you do kind of have to respect the culture and history or eurasia, as it is quite old, and quite rich.
