Shops don't tend to support dual currency and if they did unless you updated it daily for the exchange rate it would be out of sync.

If youo are paying by credit card the banks will take the exchange rate on the day the funds exchange. If you do a transaction today and the exchange rate goes a little crazy in th emorning you could get a bargain... or loose out!
