st_jimi banned

I see his support forum is now up to two weeks unattended!

Please do keep us in the loop. As I hope everyone does appreciate this is an immensely tricky situation.

It should be obvious to anyone now that your forum cannot export and run on jimis system, as least not unless you have a profound death wish.

So my current position is, and I am not setting this in stone as the situation is complex and changing.

1) With jimi removed from ownership, and but the forum clear of fraudelant adverts and totally unwarranted attacks on us as hosts, we can accept 12 months ad free and worry about things again next year.
2) With jimi still around but the forum clear of fraudelant adverts and totally unwarranted attacks on us as hosts, then we can accept 6 months ad free and see how things are when that expires.

I don't regard the above as a censorious imposition. I am not afraid of fair criticism, but neither do I consider it right that we should offer a forum a cheap fast (arguabely subsidized) service at the same time an admin is telling large numbers of members that service is sh*t. If your admins view is that our service is not at least adequate then there are enough members there to pay for an export and go elsewhere. Nothing is really holding you here.

jimi is a scammer

he scammed 2 people thru the forum. (me & a mate of mine)

he sold me hosting thru the forum, created my account and then deleted it the next day.
i won the case but didnt get any of my £30 back.

he scammed my mate thru the forum saying he was selling an owned vbulletin licence
my mate paid thru paypal and jimi send him a blank document for the licence.
he also won the case but jimi didnt have any money so he lost out with £70

i would watch out mike as he will probably try taking over the forum by demoting all your
staff without paying you the full amount for the forum.

he should be removed from the forum and the ownership given back to mike
and as for the money he's paid so far, he shouldnt get it back for scamming people on the forum

Ok, enough, we've continuely heard your opinions it's getting a little tiresome tbh now.

Admin and Mike are now dealing with this, so please let them get on with it, having your random little burns is not only dragging this out longer than needed when you comments receive replies, but those dealing with it have more to go through to get to the posts that matter.

After thinking about it, and like after all I've done for SSF, I have decided to remove Jimi as admin.
He now has no powers what so ever on the board. Since he's paid me nothing, and has a temper and lack of communication, its for the best I think.

The admins are now - Mike, Stacey and .Jordan.
The moderators - 200percent, LawZzz, Qwerty,and SwapitSam

Back to how it was, before all of this happened.

I am now asking you to keep hosting SSF, all his adverts and shiza have been removed. We are again now how it was, before Jimi came along.

Also, I have gone threw checks to make sure he has no back up admin accounts by searching for accounts with admin permissions, he had one he didn't tell anyone about. I think that is it, but please say if there is another way to get back in.

As a foot note, the catalyst to this whole sorry affair, jimis attempt to rip off our free forums system now seems to have died completely. This was only to be expected, and he had been repeatably warned that setting up such a system was irresponsible.
I guess the only good point about it, is that absolutely no one was daft enough to try running a forum on his system. If they had been they would now be totally in the lurch
