Potential bug, if a member clicks to quote a post for a person on moderation, they get to see the entire post. Some people are so desperate and bloody nosey to see it they will try anyhting Wink

Actually in fairness I think someone meant to quote to "what the hell is this!" as we havent fully told members about it.

Was the member a mod/admin any where? The code certainly is written to block this for ordinary members.

No, the people that reported this do not have those powers. In addition before posting here I checked this by creating two new users. I posted as one and got the usual member on moderation message. I activated the 2nd new user with no moderation, went into the post the first new member and quoted it and saw the full message. (I hope that makes sense ).

It makes sense apart from the fact I have just done pretty much the same test, and when quoting got a blank post screen, e.g. no quote which is the intended behaviour

Does the new user and test post exist still on holiday chat, can you PM the details so I can see the issue.

Seems some confusion in the comms there I thought the implication was the post was being quoted, but in fact it showed in topic review.

Fixed now.

Apologies for that, was trying to flag it up at the same time as getting my head around new CGT implications following pre-budget statement. Multitasking it appears is not my forte Thanks for that.
