We run a support forum rather than a ticketing system here for a few reasons. 1) It gives our members a sense of community. 2) It is good for encouraging feedback. 3) People can use search and find answers already given. 4) People can help each other. Each post you make in the public forums helps in this regard. If you need a logo change please ask on the forum or by email to myfreeforum.org. Please do not PM/email admin unless there is actually a good reason for the communication to be PRIVATE. They are called PRIVATE MESSAGES for a reason. There are forums systems that have resorted to barring PM's to the admin all together! I really do not want to go down that route But when I find my inbox clogged with people asking questions they have just asked on the forum, questions that could be asked in public and to be honest quite a bit of simple gibberish, it does get very frustrating. _________________ Family Friendly Shareware \| \| Web Design/Services \| Free Forums forum.myfreeforum.org

Sorry, it is just so much easier than e-mail, espeically with how slow my computer is..

If you are being spammed by another forum then goto terms and condition thread and make your complaint and then it will be looked into. Probably yes, and it was appreciated in that case. Even there a certain amount of intelligence is worth applying. e.g. are there already mods online likely to swiftly deal with something anyway?

No, since i'm in america our times are different so it was only me and a few guests on and one of those guests is who posted that.
