Truthfully you have too many topics and without posts in, so reduce all the topics that are like this into one category and as people start talking about them you can expand but ontill then keep the categories/topics to a minimum.

Personally, like Roy said... Way too many topics.
You should do what i have done - wait until the topic is required/requested before adding it.
