iv had a read on "how to do it " ....but im still struggling.
the forum is www.convicts.myfastforum.org/
and my new web/home page is http://convicts.myfastforum.org/homepage.html

The links are in overall_header.tpl, so you can edit that file in the template editor.

Your nav bar seems to be following you , so just do the same again as you just did but make it say forum , rather than homepage and change the link.
