virus?I went on http://pokernuts.myfreeforum.org to have a look at their SPAM section (78000 posts of the word LOL  ) and then something downloaded randomly and my computer messed up  now My DVD/CD drive recognises the wrong thing. DVDs come up as empty CDs and CDs come up as empty DVDs 
Could this be a virus?

Yes it must be hidden, as the number of shown posts dont come to anywhere near the 90 odd thousand posts that the forum info shows. | ||

Well, simcity, I dont know what forum you came from but I dont even really care. I had a chat box which is now gone, and that pop up there was from that. There has not been no virus on my forum which if you think about it, it is really kinda stupid. As far as the post in my forum I will admit, there is alot of lols in there and it was started to mearly get the members ranks up not ratings. I will also admit that it did continue. However, I did make a post telling all members that the LOL's had to stop. If it didnt stop, I would be forced to remove all lols from the forum. If you want to see a forum with lols. you should do a little more searching. I do have alot of post on my forum that are not spam, you have to admit. But you want a forum with all Lols and got like 190,000 post. have a look at this one... http://sportchat.myfreeforum.org/ out of 190787 post, 27 are post...Now, is my forum all that bad? John | ||

in my forum we posted a couple of thousand spam posts, and I have been personally called "pathetic" over it, and deleted them,  I saw that it was unfair to other forums who tried hard to get up to a high post count, thats the only point I was making,
i did post a couple of messages on your forum first about it, and they were deleted

Well, for one, I would have not deleted any post made by you unless they something said towards another member of just plain nasty. I dont delete post, I did make a post about not doing anymore lols and I will take it from there. As far as cheating, a post is a post, what about forums listed that are not part of myfreeforum, why should we have to try to compete with that, but I am past that, this is not a competing world, the way I look at it, if one wants to join my forum and have some fun fine, if they dont, then so be it. I have been called names and all that crap too and I just plain give up. I also did see your name in my forum too, and let me tell ya, for a pokernut to come to support to complain about a forum that they joined has to have guts, and let me say, if you want out tell me and I will remove your name. Sorry to see you go but why stay if you dont like it.....
one more thing, for someone to join on December 26th and your last visit being December 26th, join and to never return, dont think you saw too much... |
