Very ImportantThis guy is using your forum to post and sell illegal stolen goods. Really think you should have the forum shut down so myfreeforum is not liable. He had the forum up for a while till he stole this stuff then he pulled the forum for a few days....got kicked off all other forums so opened it back up as his only way of selling the stolen goods. Double posting does not do your credibility any good 
and all I see is your word against his. Even some people in the thread you post are remaining neutral and they know far more than we possibly can. I don't see what we can legitimately do. |

I am not the person that has the problem was just helping as the guy is being cheated. The guy with the forum stole stuff and is using that as his outlet cause all the tarantula forums booted him cause they all know who's tarantulas they are. Truthfully though freeforum is liable once they have been informed of the illegal activity just so you know. I have nothing to do with it though just someone that knows whats going on. |

In which country US Or Uk ??? Under who`s laws US Or Uk Plus we have no proof that this man has done anything wrong, so until we have 100 % proof , we could not be held liable in anyway. |

You know truthfully I should not even have said that as its not my fight so don't want to go into an arguement there just what I personally understand of law. This is in the US though. |

Anyone can post random allegations, and the internet would disappear if hosts pulled sites because some anonymous person posts such hearsay.
Once again I see you have started another thread around this same issue, further reducing your credibility. |

I said I was done. The extra thread was cause I pushed new thread inside this thread and it did that which I thought it woudl make a new thread in here not outside...that was a mistake not trying to post a new thread. As you can see in the other thread I give no reference to this thread cause I thought it was in here. Anyways its not my fight I am done. Sorry to have bothered all of you....you are probably right in your arguements anyways I just know whats going on and was trying to help. |
