I'm having trouble for my site to come up on google! I've submitted it quite a few times now I'm bit worried that i submitted my URL quite a few times and this may lead to a google ban. At first i thought this may double my chances etc.
Or is it because i need to get a site map, which i totally dont know how to. Bit stuck since my members dont seem to be increasing.
Please a little advice,

You don't get on google by submitting or with tricks like sitemaps.
