ThreatsHey, i'm reciving hacking threats from a grown man who gets stressed way too easily... just wanted to know if a £35 DLINK DI-604 router is enough protection along with a copy of Sygate Personal Firewall Pro

i just use Mcafee personal firewall myself. ive never been hacked

If The hacker Is truley dedicated, he will hack you, the only thing to do is to get to him first, dont destroy him, just send him a message.

So you have upset someone who thens comes up with the old line im going to hack you or send you a virus yawnnnnn if only i had a quid for each time i heard that

Keep staring nothing will happen i normally get a bout 3 or 4 virus emails aday they all get caught and deleted

i currently have ad-aware,and mcafee,is that good enough?

nope.. you're only safe if you have a router.. if not, the only way you will be safe is if you have an operating system other than windows (.ie - linux - unhackable)
and no, you're not thick x :P

No operating system is unhackable. In fact a poor Linux installation is potentially an easily hacked environment.
