The New IphonesThe new Iphone is amazing.
and what is very confusing is that A Iphone is more than a ps3
Iphones= $499 ps3= $599
And i would think that the iphone that has internet, emails, cell phone, and a i-pod all put together would be alot more than a ps3.

I wouldn't go as far as to call it 'amazing', but it's a pretty nifty piece of technology from the looks of it. I would buy myself one if I wasn't saving money for my Trip to France in June, '08. Another reason I wouldn't buy one, I don't have very good AT&T covereage in my area, so it wouldn't be any good for me...

I,m due to get a free upgrade for my phone this week ,,, i can walk in to my local 3 shop and pick any phone as i have a high traiff deal.
Any ideas peeps i like 3g phones myself was looking at the new shine.

I'm going to France in a few weeks....it's gonna cost me eighty quid to get there, including the sixty quid it'll cost to get to Dover 
As to the iPhone, I am always suspicious of anything that has seen a lot of hype. Quite often they 'up' the hype if they think the product isn't all it could be (not always, but I remain suspicious). I will wait and see how it develops, but I am not in particular need of anything it has to offer other than its 'gadget' value.

I'm only going to say this once:
DON'T TOUCH THE IPHONE!
It will suck, if you want music then get an ipod, if you still for some mindless reason want music player on your phone get a nokia N95, reasons:
1. Cheaper as even on contract you'll still have to pay for it.
2. much better audio capability.
3. More stable system.
4. Better manufacturer support.
5. The iPhone is a first gen and they always suck, wait for gen2 then get it as they'll notice where to improve.

Windows mobile is on the N95, worth having if you ask me 
and Storm, Andrew was pointing out it's expected price and what you get compared to the ps3, hinting that it makes the ps3 worth it's money, which is still debatable as in hong kong it's £200 cheaper to get and you might be lucky to walk through without paying customs on it.

I'd be content with a mobile that simply concentrated on being something you could use as a phone 
mp3 does nothing for me, if I want music I want it high fidelity.
and phones are too small for other practical uses.
I guess what I want is something smaller than the 3g notebook I lug around, but large enough to be really functional.
